Nomination Process
1. Nomination
Home universities must send an official nomination by e-mail with the personal details and the estimated exchange period to the International Relations Office in the campus they are going to study.
- Nomination deadline for first semester (Autumn): 30th May
- Nomination deadline for second semester (Spring): 30th October
2. After receiving the nomination
After receiving the nomination, the UCLM will send an e-mail to them with information about the application process, required documents, accommodation, buddy student. Students must complete the online application form in the following link: https://airei.apps.uclm.es/index.aspx
3. Learning Agreement
A copy of the learning agreement will be sent to the student when it is approved and signed by the Departmental Coordinator for International Relations in the Faculty the student is going to do her/his stay.
Application Deadlines
- Full year / First semester: 15th June
- Second semester: 15th November
