ADRE Program

The International Doctoral School (EID) launched a program in 2019 to support Ph.D. students living abroad in order to improve the information these students receive and increase interaction with them.

OBJETIVES:

  • To help students fulfill their obligations as doctoral students in due time and form.
  • Facilitate and promote the access of this group of doctoral students to the services and resources of the University.
  • Encourage their involvement and participation in all university areas.

SERVICES:

The support will be provided only to interested students enrolled in the same and will consist of the issuance of communications from the EID, via e-mail, on the following issues:

  • Initial review of the status of your administrative file and communication about it.
  • Notifications on compliance with the deadline for submission of activities and research plan.
  • News about the approaching deadline for the renewal of academic supervision.
  • News about the offer of training activities that can be followed online.
  • Periodic notices about news of interest for doctoral students.

RESOURCES:

The program will be carried out with the dedication of two doctoral students who carry out their training activities as EID scholarship holders..

HOW TO APPLY FOR THE PROGRAM:

To enroll in this program it is necessary to send a message to doctorado@uclm.es with the following information.

  • Name and surname.
  • E-mail address where you wish to receive the information.
  • Country of residence.
  • Doctoral program in which you are enrolled.

You will be correctly registered when you receive an e-mail confirming your registration.
