1Elements of the file in RAPI for a correct evaluation
To avoid problems in the RAPI process that could hinder your continuance in doctoral studies, you should make sure that your file includes the following annual evaluation elements:
- MANDATORY: The Research Plan is generated and completed/updated, with all its sections supervised by its supervisor (ACCEPTED/REJECTED).
- MANDATORY or OPTIONAL, depending on the programme: The Registered complementary activities have been supervised by your supervisor (ACCEPTED/REJECTED).
- MANDATORY: It includes the Evaluation of at least one supervisor (FAVOURABLE/UNFAVOURABLE). In some programmes, an appraisal report from all supervisors is required. In the case of doubt, consult your academic committee.
- MANDATORY: It includes the Evaluation of at least one tutor (FAVOURABLE/UNFAVOURABLE).
On the basis of the above elements, the Academic Committee proceeds with grading.
Only in the case of a PASS grade will it be possible to continue doctoral studies, with renewal of annual enrolment (or arranging a temporary withdrawal that justifies exemption from enrolment, or initiating, if applicable, the procedures for the deposit of the thesis).
For more information, please refer to the manuals for doctoral candidates and for professors that you can find on this page (above).
