he presence of the University of Castilla-La Mancha in our society has experienced a remarkable growth in recent years being the international relations one of the key factors contributing to this increase. The signing of agreements is the main mechanism for making commitments and general or specific intentions for mutual cooperation in order to develop planned activities within common interests and benefits. The framework agreement establishes the beginning of the relations between the University of Castilla-La Mancha and another national or international institution. Its signature expresses the intention of establishing a new relationship with the other institution for a period of time. The purpose of the framework agreement is to declare the intention of the signatory institutions to collaborate together. Once the framework agreement has been signed, a specific agreement is prepare in order to concrete the type of collaboration to be carry out between both institutions.
