El grupo de investigación ofrece apoyo científico y técnico para la evaluación y validación de tecnologías aplicadas a la salud, especialmente en el ámbito del dolor, la salud mental, el ejercicio terapéutico y la educación en salud. Su actividad incluye la evaluación de herramientas digitales, dispositivos y programas tecnológicos en contextos reales, analizando su utilidad clínica, usabilidad, adherencia e impacto funcional, así como el apoyo metodológico en el diseño de estudios y proyectos de innovación. Siempre orientado a mejorar la calidad de vida de la población, desde un enfoque ético, inclusivo y basado en la evidencia.
Entre los servicios que se prestan se incluyen:
(1) Evaluación clínica, funcional y de usabilidad de tecnologías sanitarias (aplicaciones digitales, dispositivos de monitorización, realidad extendida y herramientas digitales).
(2) Diseño y desarrollo de estudios piloto y estudios de validación en contextos reales.
(3) Apoyo metodológico en la evaluación de intervenciones tecnológicas, incluyendo criterios de validez, fiabilidad y resultados clínicos relevantes.
