-Promote the design and implementation of teaching innovation actions to contribute to the improvement of the quality of training at the UCLM
-Encourage the participation, interdisciplinary integration and leadership of the teaching staff involved in teaching innovation and transfer proposals
-Contribute to didactic research that supports educational innovation and transformation
-Promote the transfer of didactic and disciplinary knowledge through training and innovation contracts and agreements with other educational institutions
-Contribute to the collaboration and training of the teaching staff of the Faculty and the University in the field of teaching innovation and improvement
-Contribute to the collaborative exchange between national and international universities in order to promote innovation and transfer
