On Wednesday, April 22, 2026, the EPIC group participated in the event “Science Within Your Reach in Castilla-La Mancha”, held at the Regional Development Institute of the University of Castilla-La Mancha, at the Albacete campus.
During the event, researchers Luis Roda Sánchez and Adrián Muñoz Alarcón delivered the scientific workshop entitled “A journey through the senses, the brain, and the voice of electronics”, focused on the field of electronics and IoT. The activity was aimed at students from Rural Cluster Schools (CRA), with the objective of fostering interest in science from an early age through practical and interactive experiences.
The organization of the event involved the collaboration of other groups from the Albacete Research Institute in Informatics (I3A) and the Regional Development Institute of Castilla-La Mancha (IDR), within the framework of the ruralDATA project, contributing to the development of a day focused on scientific and technological outreach in rural environments.
