Although we have made progress in diversity and inclusion, many people in the LGBT community continue to face barriers in the workplace.
This course provides a space for reflection and learning about the reality of the LGBTI community in companies. We will analyse the current challenges in terms of diversity, equality and inclusion, and how organisations can move towards safer, fairer and more respectful environments.
