Quality Assurance

Center's Quality Assurance Committee (CGCC)

The objectives of the Quality Assurance Committee for each Degree are as follows:

  • Ensure compliance with the commitment to address societal needs and expectations. 
  • Ensure compliance with the transparency required within the European Higher Education Area.
  • Incorporate strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Organize educational initiatives systematically to ensure an efficient contribution to Quality Assurance. 
  • Facilitate the accreditation process for the officially recognized degrees at the University of Castilla-La Mancha. 
  • To lodge claims, complaints, or suggestions (*) submitted through a reasoned statement in writing to calidad.medicina.cr@uclm.es. Once received, the CGCC will channel them to the corresponding office and inform the claimants of their conclusions. 

(*) Claims, complaints, and suggestions addressed through this procedure are different from those referred to under the "Communication with stakeholders" protocol, whose role is to improve the efficiency of communication among academic stakeholders at the Ciudad Real Medical School.
