The ERASMUS program is one of the actions of the Lifelong Learning Programme. It allows studying in centers other than the one of origin as long as a series of requirements are met. The aim is to create and promote a European citizen awareness. This is articulated through studies via bilateral agreements between centers (within or outside the EU). The ECTS system makes it possible to establish a recognition of the studies carried out between the universities of origin and destination. In general, the number of ECTS for a semester is a maximum of 30 and a minimum of 15. For a full course, the ECTS would vary between a maximum of 60 and 30. Due to center regulations, they cannot be taken. failed subjects.
The International Relations Office (ORI) of the UCLM is responsible for managing all activities of an international nature that concern the UCLM. With this objective, the ORI acts as an intermediary to facilitate relations with other international institutions of higher education and promote teaching and learning opportunities abroad for our entire university community. Likewise, the ORI tries to establish different international exchange programs for students, researchers, professors and the administrative staff of the university. In the case of students, these exchange programs offer them the opportunity to take a number of academic credits for their studies at any of the foreign institutions with which the UCLM has established a bilateral agreement. Since the UCLM has different centers that are located in the different cities of the province, the ORI has an office in each of the university campuses. The Ciudad Real ORI is located in the Student House, a building attached to the Faculty of Nursing and its contact email is
ori.cr@uclm.es . All the documentation you need must be requested at the ORI. Likewise, the ORI has updated and detailed information on your Host Institution. In particular of the Head of International Exchange.
