ÿþ<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//IETF//DTD HTML//EN"> <html> <head> <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1"> <meta name="GENERATOR" content="Microsoft FrontPage 4.0"> <title>Documento.Número 31 · Año III · Junio 2000</title> <Link rel="StyleSheet" Type="text/css" Href="/General_NAV4Layer.css"> <!-- CSS styles and positioning for IE 4 browsers.--> <NOLAYER> <LINK REL="StyleSheet" Type="text/css" href="/General_IE4.css"> </NOLAYER> </head> <body link="#C5503A" vlink="#660000" alink="#660000" topmargin="15" leftmargin="15"> <p><em><strong>CONVOCATORIA de proceso selectivo para cubrir la plaza de Responsable de Edificio en el Campus de Albacete, mediante procedimiento de libre designación. <br> </strong></em><br> <br> Este Rectorado en uso de las atribuciones que tiene conferidas por la Ley Orgánica 11/1983, de 25 de agosto, de Reforma Universitaria, así como por los Estatutos de la Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha, y demás disposiciones legales vigentes y de conformidad con el artículo 20 de la Ley 30/1984, de 2 de agosto, modificada por la Ley 23/1988, de 28 de julio, de modificación de la Ley de medidas para la Reforma de la Función Pública, ha resuelto convocar por el procedimiento de libre designación el puesto de trabajo que figura en el anexo adjunto según la modificación de la relación de puestos de trabajo del personal de Administración y Servicios de esta Universidad publicada por Resolución de 1 de septiembre de 1998 (BOE de 30/09/98) y modificada por Resolución de 30/07/99 (BOE de 26/08/99), que se encuentra dotado presupuestariamente, con arreglo a las siguientes bases: <br> <br> <br> Primera.- El puesto de trabajo que se convoca podrá ser solicitado por los funcionarios de carrera que reúnan los requisitos establecidos para el desempeño de los mismos. <br> <br> <br> Segunda.- La presente Resolución se hará pública en el &quot;Boletín Oficial de la UCLM&quot;, y las solicitudes se dirigirán en el plazo de cinco días hábiles a contar desde <br> <br> el día 26 de junio de 2000, al Excmo. Sr. Rector Magfco. de la Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha. <br> <br> La presentación de solicitud podrá realizarse a través del Registro General de la propia Universidad o en las formas previstas en el artículo 38 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, sobre el Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común. <br> <br> <br> Tercera.- Los aspirantes acompañarán a la solicitud currículum vitae, en el que figuren títulos académicos, años de servicio, puestos de trabajo desempeñados en la Administración, estudios y cursos realizados, así como cualquier otro mérito que se considere oportuno, y harán constar detalladamente las características del puesto de trabajo que vinieran desempeñando. <br> <br> A la vista del currículum vitae podrá realizarse una entrevista para la valoración de los méritos alegados. <br> <br> <br> Cuarta.- La presente convocatoria, además de por sus propias bases, se regirá, con carácter supletorio en cuanto le sea de aplicación, por el artículo 20.1.B de la referida Ley 30/1984, de Medidas para la Reforma de la Función Pública, y el Real Decreto 364/1995, y cuantos actos administrativos deriven de ella podrán ser impugnados de acuerdo con los previsto en la Ley de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común. <br> <br> <br> Ciudad Real, 5 de junio de 2000.
