Spanish language courses for foreign students

Enrollment

In order to enrol for one of our programs, you should follow these steps:

(Note: students who are part of an organized group coming from a university or institution should refer to the person responsible in their own center).

1. Fill out the following application form, online or printing it:
   Word document: Español | English
   PDF document: Español | English
 

2. Carry out the payment of the course. You have two choices:

• Paying the total price of the course at least one month before the course begins (otherwise, you would need to e-mail us).
• Paying at least 15% of the total price of the course at least two months before the beginning of the course as a reservation, and paying the rest of the price at least one before the course begins.

Concept: UCLM-ESTO. ______________ course. It is recommended to specify your name as well.

3. Send us the application form (if printed), a copy of the bank receipt and a copy of your passport by one of the following means:

If you have chosen to live with a family and you have bus pass included, we would also need to receive a personal photograph.

As established in Spanish Organic Law 15/1999 (December 13th), for the protection of personal information, the UCLM GENERAL FOUNDATION informs the user of the existence of a computer archive of stored personal information details, with the aim of maintaining and managing the relation with users, as well sending them pertinent informations related to the services offered. You are entitled to having access, rectifying, cancelling and opposing the appearance of personal information, by sending an e-mail to fundacion@uclm.es or by writing to Fundación General de la UCLM, calle Altagracia 50, 13071 Ciudad Real, attaching a copy of an ID card / passport.
