Services and Facilities

Rooms

Rooms are furnished with a table for work or study, chair, closet, shelf, side table and 1 or 2 beds. The rooms are cleaned daily by the staff, except in weekends and holidays. The bed linen and towels are provided by the dorm and renewed weekly

Common Areas

Living room:

The residence has a large room furnished with armchairs and sofas where residents can enjoy the use of television, video and dvd. There is also an area designated for reading literature, newspapers and travel books. Upstairs there is an area with several computers with internet access, a small work area and vending machines with soft drinks and coffee. The wifi network is also located here.

Gym:

The Residence Hall has a gym equipped with fitness equipment, bikes, a treadmill, a step machine, etc. Use is free for the residents, following the schedules and rules.

Meeting room:

There is a study room with desks and computers with ethernet connection. This place can also be used for conferences and meetings by previous reservation. In such situations, access will be restricted for the rest of the residents. This area also has a WIFI network

Kitchens:

It is absolutely forbidden to use alternative cooking devices other than those available from the dorm.

Terrace:

The terrace is a space decorated with garden furniture and plants, available for use by residents during most of the year (March to November, according to the weather). There is no time limit for its use, provided that basic rules are respected, especially those that refer to hours of rest.

Laundry:

The dorm does not provide laundry or dry cleaning service but has a room equipped with washer and dryer, a clothesline and ironing board. For purposes of safety, is strictly prohibited to use irons outside of the laundry area.
