Reservations

The application procedure is the following:

  1. Reservations must be requested in writing by e-mail
  2. The reservations will be confirmed by the residence in writing by e-mail, requesting:
    1. A formulario de reserva (Registration Form) for each occupant of the room
    2. The name of the person or Institution responsible for the payment.
    3. The arrival time at the dorm.
  3. The above information should be sent to the dorm at least 24 hours before the actual occupation. If the reservation is for a weekend or festivity, the information should be sent by noon one work day in advance.
  4. Failure to meet deadlines reserves the right for all reservations to be cancelled.

In general, users of the Colegio Mayor are participants of activities scheduled by or linked to the University of Castilla-La Mancha. Reservations made for these activities may take place from the date of authorization of the activity by the University

Collective applications for participants in conferences, meetings, etc. need not contain the names of the people to be accommodated in the dorm until 15 days before the date of entry.
