Additional activities:

All students registered on one of the Spanish courses will automatically become a member of the university community and receive a UCLM student card. This card will give unrestricted access to the library services, the computer laboratories and sports facilities on Campus.

The Centre for Spanish in Cuenca will organise a range of extra-curricular activities such as:

  • Weekend trips to the Nacimiento del Río Cuervo, Ciudad Encantada, Castles of the Province, the Cabriel Gorges, Toledo, Valencia.
  • Visits to the Museums in Cuenca: Antonio Pérez Foundation, Antonio Saura Foundation / Casa Zabala, Museum of Abstract Art, Cuenca Museum, Natural Science Museum, Diocesan Museum, Cathedral Treasures, The Torner Foundation, The International Museum of Electrographic Art.
  • Cultural Activities: Religious Music Week, Theatre productions, Film Week, Conferences.
  • In addition to providing permanent access to our Sports Facilities and Gymnasium we organise other activities such as trekking or canoeing, which take the student out into the beautiful natural surroundings of the city.
  • Gastronomic encounters.
  • Ballroom dancing.

Groups on the Tailor-Made Courses from universities or other institutions will be offered a specially designed recreational and cultural package.
