Introduction

This service provides the chance to complement academic activity by doing physical activities in your free time. Among other goals, it aims to: promote, encourage and organize sports activities and training between all members of the university community, contributing to the individual’s well-rounded education through the values favoured by physical activity.

Generally speaking, this university’s sports activities program is divided into two great blocks: on the one hand, competitions (the Rector Trophy); and on the other hand, recreation, training and fitness. Soccer, basketball, tennis, badminton, squash, archery, judo, track and field, fitness, skiing, golf, fencing, aerobics and fishing are only a few of the countless activities you can do at our University. There is also the opportunity to get the UCLM Sports Card, with interesting advantages for students.

If you wish to participate in any of these activities or do sport on a regular basis, you will need to get the university Sports Card. This will give you a number of benefits such as:

Unlimited and free use of the university sports facilities.
Free registration for individual sports in the Chancellor´s Trophy and for those group sports in which the whole team has a card.
Substantial discounts on prices for all recreational activities offered.
The possibility of using municipal facilities at fixed prices.
Discounts on sports supplies at a number of local establishments
