ATTENDANCE PROFILE
Conference attendees consist primarily of planners, agency personnel, regulators, NGOs, academics, and researchers from the fields of water law, public policy, ecology, climate change, surface water and groundwater hydrology, and economics. Most of the attendees are coming from Spain and Europe. However, an important audience coming from outside Europe is expected. Attendance is expected to be approximately 250.
EXHIBITOR PROFILE
Transboundary Waters Management Symposium exhibitors are manufacturers of instrumentation and software; research support companies; and international, federal, and state agencies. Exhibitors that provide information on international programs, educational programs, funding assistance, data management services, rule compliance, instrumentation, and modeling are particularly encouraged.
Exhibitor InformationEXHIBIT VIEWING HOURS
Exhibits will be set up in the Paraninfo Luis Arroyo Central Hall, at the University of Castilla-La Mancha in Ciudad Real. The building will hold the main room for Plenary sessions, Round Table sessions, and simultaneous sessions. The same hall will be the location of the registration desk, poster exhibits, and coffee breaks.
Set up will take place Tuesday afternoon, May 30. An icebreaker will be held in the Paraninfo Luis Arroyo Central Hall on Tuesday evening; exhibitors MUST be set up by the start of the icebreaker. Conference attendees will have many more opportunities to visit the exhibits during 45-minute breaks and 90-minute lunches on May 31, June 1 and 2.
