Objectives of the MOVI program


Principal objectives

  1. To increase the level of healthy physical activity in children.
    1. Three hours of cardiorespiratory workout.
    2. Forty five minutes of muscle work.
    3. Forty five minutes of flexibility work.
  2. To achieve program fidelity during the two years.

Other objectives

  1. To improve interpersonal relations.
  2. To learn to cooperate and work as a team and respect your team-mates.
  3. To improve basic skills (walking, running, jumping, throwing, coordination, balance, agility, etc.)
  4. To increase confidence, self-esteem and self-image.
  5. To increase the sensation of well-being and improve quality of life.
  6. To acquire healthy habits (sleep, diet, exercise, etc.)
