
One of the main threats to a programme like Movi is the lack of adherence of the children that participate (they have other distractions, such as TV and videogames etc).
To avoid absenteeism and children giving up, an Active Adherence Programme was drawn up. The first step in this plan was to create a mascot and a name for the intervention programme, the students could then identify the programme of games in the study with the mascot, and as a result "Movi" was born. Movi is a spark of energy that symbolises movement and dynamism, it also has the ability to mould itself and change shape.
Using the logo of our mascot, a range of products was designed (caps, mobile and key straps, skill games, t-shirts, picture card albums, board games) which aimed to reinforce the adherence to the programme and these products were given to the children as indicated shown in the chart displayed below.
