Biography
Received a B.S. from the University of Zaragoza,
Spain, a MSc from the University of Southern
California, and a PhD from the University of
California, Berkeley, in 1989, 1992, and 1997,
respectively, all in Electrical Engineering. He
has been a visiting researcher at the University
of Hong Kong and the Universitā degli Studi di
Cassino, Italy. He has participated in several
projects related to bidding strategies, design
of electricity markets, and price prediction in
power pools. He has published several articles
in IEEE Transactions on Power Systems and other
relevant journals. He is currently Full Professor at the Universidad de Castilla - La
Mancha, Ciudad Real, Spain.
