AESTIMATIO, the IEB International Journal of Finance provides a specialized forum for the publication of both research papers and professional briefings in the area of finance, capital markets, financial institutions, corporate finance, financial risk modelling, credit risk analysis, company valuation, and performance appraisal, among other topics.

The journal aims at meeting a triple objective: to provide a key bridge between applied academic research and financial best practice, globally; to facilitate the cooperation and debate between practitioners, regulators and academics; and to encourage the exchange of ideas, information and experiences.

The journal publishes a mixture of technical and qualitative original research papers and professional briefings. All research articles and professional briefing are subjected to a double-blind peer review. The audience of the journal is practitioners and researchers in the field of finance.
