CANCELLATION OF ACCOMMODATION:
- Cancellations until July 1st, 2007: deposits will be refunded less 30 € for administrative costs.
- Cancellations from July 2nd, 2007: deposits will be refunded less one night deposit.
- No refund will be made for cancellations received after September 21st, 2007 or registered delegates who fail to attend.
The reimbursement of the annulled services will be carried out from the 9 of October of 2007.
