Registration Fees

Payment of Registration Fee will be necessary to attend the ICMSM 2006. There will be at least one Inscription for each accepted paper.

Registration Fee includes:

Regular inscription

• Welcome Reception
• Proceedings
• Attendance to all Scientific Meetings
• Coffee Breaks
• Lunches
• Farewell Dinner
• Excursions, including the one day excursion to Toledo on Saturday July 1st, 2006

Accompanying Person Inscription

• Welcome Reception
• Lunches
• Farewell Dinner
• Excursions, including the one day excursion to Toledo on Saturday July 1st, 2006

Individual Activities Attendance

Individual fees for those who have intention to participate only in individual activities in the social program are:

1. Farewell dinner: 72 € (including transport)
2. Almagro: 28 € (including transport, tickets and dinner at Doña Carlota Hotel)
3. Toledo: 95 € (including transport, tickets and lunch at El Palacete Restaurant).

Important note

Bear in mind that it would be better for us to know in advance if you and your accompanying person have intention to attend the following social program. Please, send us an email clarifying these details so that we can make the reservations for you. Take note that we have to make a fixed number of bookings; therefore it would be recommendable to inform us about your intentions, especially if you know them for sure. If you are not sure enough about this matter you could tell us at the conference, your answer is not binding.

Registration Steps

PLEASE, BEFORE REGISTERING READ CAREFULLY THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW!

1. bank transfer: details concerning the bank account etc. are given in the registration form below. As international wire transfers may take some time before the money is actually transferred, please arrange for the payment in advance so that the money arrives before the early registration deadline (April 30).
2. credit card: the payment must be made on-line, only credit cards Visa, MasterCard and 4B are valid (no debit) and there is no need to choose in the application. Note that the web page application is in Spanish, an english detailed explanation of the credit card payment method is given in the following link (a pdf version is available too), please in order to avoid trouble download the instructions before proceeding to pay ( proceed to pay).

For both methods you have to fill in the registration form (*.doc, *.pdf) and send it by fax or regular mail:

IMPORTANT NOTE: In case you use the bank transfer method, please do not forget to include in the fax or mail a copy of the money transfer with the registration form.

Individual Activities Payment

For paying activities individually you can use the same methods than for registration, you have to fill in the individual activity form (*.doc, *.pdf) and send it by fax or regular mail to the same address above.
