Booking Steps

To make your life easier the organization has contacted a private travel agency to make the hotel reservations, however you can make it on your own. A limited number of rooms for participants to ICMSM 2006 have been arranged so we encourage attendants to make the reservations as soon as possible.

PLEASE, BEFORE BOOKING READ CAREFULLY THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW!

The only thing you have to do for making the hotel reservations is to fill in the hotel reservation form (*.doc, *.pdf) and send it by fax or regular mail:

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• In the reservation form you have to choose one of the hotels shown in the table below.
• If you have any inquiry, please contact Viajes El Corte Ingles, S.A., in the address above, or alfonsomayorga@viajeseci.es
• In case you use the bank transfer method, please do not forget to include or send a copy of the money transfer with this registration form.
• All the hotels are in a fit to walk on distance (see the map below).
• Due to room availability limitations we encourage attendants to select several hotels in preference order (1,2,3,...), do not forget to include or sent the preference order form.
